Bright Pond was founded by Alison Ryan, who’s spent several decades in the world of children and learning. Alison is a certified elementary school teacher, reading specialist, and Positive Parenting coach — but most importantly, she's watched thousands of children grow and knows what makes the difference.

She created Bright Pond because she kept seeing the same gap: parents who cared so much, but didn't have resources that felt realistic for their actual lives. Everything was either too clinical, too time-consuming, or too easy to put off until "someday."

So she made something different. Something that meets you where you are.
